We are currently seeking a motivated, personable, and community-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship-building, and is passionate about healthcare and patient advocacy.
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare providers, strengthening patient engagement, and expanding Sentry’s presence within local communities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, bilingual, and comfortable working directly with patients, providers, and community partners on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, patients, and community organizations
- Serve as the primary liaison between providers and Sentry’s internal teams
- Support patient outreach, communication, and engagement initiatives
- Conduct regular on-site visits to provider offices and community locations
- Assist providers with coordination, issue resolution, and ongoing support
- Identify opportunities to improve provider satisfaction and patient experience
- Educate providers and patients on available services and resources
- Maintain accurate account records, activity tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent Sentry professionally within the communities we serve
Qualifications
- Experience in the medical or healthcare field required
- Bilingual required; Bengali-speaking candidates strongly preferred
- Must reside in Queens or Brooklyn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable traveling locally between provider and community locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with healthcare providers and patients
- Knowledge of multicultural communities within New York City
- Background in healthcare coordination, outreach, account management, or patient services
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
